Appearance:
Clear, light golden.
Aroma:
Aggressive, apple brandy-like nose has oily, oaky, cinnamon, vanilla notes with light Demerara sugar and avocado stone aromas. NO smoke.
Taste:
Baked apple with hints of vanilla and pasty – apple pie and hints of rum and raison ice-cream.
Aftertaste:
Clean, lingering apple finish. Again, no smoke whatsoever. Not your typical mezcal.
