Appearance:

Opaque, milky-grey.

Aroma:

Forward nose with marzipan, heady orange blossom, macaroon, fresh fig and a touch of rose.

Taste:

Viscous, creamy mouth-feel, with marzipan developing and toasted almond, faint notes of maraschino cherries.

Aftertaste:

Marzipan notes fade to a gentle almond 'milk' with icing sugar emerging.

Overall:

Fragrancy of the aroma helps deliver perceived flavour.
