Certified organic and gluten-free. Made from all-barley malt, hops from Hainaut in the west of Belgium and spring water from Wallonia. This beer goes through a second fermentation in the bottle, meaning that the beer has a yeast light sediment in the bottle.

Appearance:

Slight haze, golden with medium snowy white head.

Aroma:

Yeasty with fruity bready malt and light zesty lemon.

Taste:

Creamy mouth-feel, sweet yeasty bready notes on a slightly bitter palate with light coriander spice and lemony fruit.

Aftertaste:

Slightly salted hoppy finish with zesty lemon.
