Review and Tasting

Sampled on 24/07/2012

Appearance:

(06-June- 13) Clear, pale golden with one finger thick white head leaving spotted lacing.

Aroma:

Clean and restrained with honey, delicate floral aromas and a whiff of English summer garden with a freshly mowed lawn.

Taste:

Crisp and dry with zesty grapefruit and cleansing pine-ey hop bitterness.

Aftertaste:

Grapefruit zest and metallic pine-ey hop bitterness. A sessionable cleansing and refreshing blond ale. Just a shame the brewer has risked a clear bottle.
