This American rye whiskey is the aged version of Corsair's Wry Moon moonshine. It is made in small batches using Corsair's antique pot still from malted rye and chocolate rye and aged in new white American oak.

Appearance:

Clear, dark coppery reddy-brown amber with burnished copper highlights.

Aroma:

Freshly baked rye bread and current buns with cinnamon, citrus and dried fruit.

Taste:

Freshly baked rye bread with balsawood, pine, spruce and general alpine forest with cinnamon and burnt nuts.

Aftertaste:

Burnt buttery cinnamon bagels, sarsaparilla, vanilla with clove/Christmas spice and citrus.
