Launched in 2000, La Fée was the first traditional absinthe to be commercially produced in France since the 1914-15 ban. This improved 'Supérieure' version (released July 2013) is made using natural ingredients so comes in a green painted bottle to protect the delicate contents from UV light damage
The natty and award-winning 20cl bottle has a built-in pourer that automatically pop-up as the cap is unscrewed, then sinks back into the bottle when the cap is replaced. The label peels off to reveal an information booklet with cocktail recipes.

This 'Supérieure' version, which launched in 2013, is more delicate and complex with far more subtle aniseed and rooty notes than the original La Fée Parisienne.
La Fée Absinthe Parisienne, the brand original, is a clasic spirit based on an authentic 19th century recipe, distilled in conjunction with the French Absinthe Museum (Auvers-sur-Oise) with Grand Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) and other traditional herbs and spices.
Each 70cl & 75cl bottle comes with a complimentary Sheffield stainless steel La Fée Absinthe spoon.
