This English styled pale Indian ale is brewed by Left Hand brewing in Colorado using Magnum, Boadicea and Sovereign hops.
Sampled on 26/08/2012
(no brewed or best before date) Clear, coppery amber with one finger white head and moderate lacing.
Baguette crust malt with pine fresh, grapefruit zesty, herbal, minty and peppery hops.
Strong pine resins and spruce needle hops on a baguette crust malty base with a peppery alcohol bite.
Long with lingering green pine needle and resinous bitterness. A generous whack of both hops and alcohol are too much to consider a second bottle.
