Described as a bitter this beer has freshly toasted coriander seeds added to the grist and then again during the later stages of the boil. It’s made with Crystal malt and Maris Otter malted barley which grows in the fields next to the brewery with Challenger and Fuggles wholeleaf hops.

Review and Tasting

Sampled on 29/09/2012

Appearance:

Clear copper and bronze with thin white head.

Aroma:

Floral coriander and toasted malt.

Taste:

Toasted bread and coriander seeds with potent piney hops.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering coriander and dandelion. The brewers suggest drinking with curry which we can see being a good combo.
