This American pale ale is brewed using 2-Row, Rye, Munich and Crystal malts blended with Centennial, Willamette and Cascade hops. One of Left Hand’s perennial collection, it’s available bottled all year round as well as in keg form.

Sampled on 28/10/2012

Appearance:

Cloudy, orange amber with a moderately thick, retentive, large bubbled off-white head and good lacing.

Aroma:

White bread crust, tobacco leaf and tree bark with grassy hops and white grapefruit zest.

Taste:

Grass, pine and earthy hops spice white bread crust malt. Well balanced with cleaning bitterness.

Aftertaste:

Lingering earthy pine and pink grapefruit zest.
