This Maris Otter ‘single malt’ golden ale is brewed all year round using Hallertau Northern Brewer, Chinook, Celeia and Sladek hops. It is bottled unfiltered and unpasteurised.

Appearance:

(29-Nov-12) Pale amber with sudsy white head and spotted lacing.

Aroma:

Bitter lemon, spruce needles and subtle cardamom spice.

Taste:

Pine needles, bitter grapefruit and lemon zest hops dominate an otherwise thin palate.

Aftertaste:

Tart pine with lingering soapiness.
