As suggested in the name, this Golden Ale is made with five whole cone hops including English Fuggles and the signature Citra and Amarillo from the USA. It’s considered one of the eight core beers from the brewery, is available all year round and is part of the ‘huge hop’ range.

Appearance:

Clear, deep, coppery amber with thin off-white head.

Aroma:

Crispy baguette crust, stewed apple, ripe pear and caramel with aromatic hops.

Taste:

Full-flavoured with well-balanced hops and malts. Caramel, apple and toasty malt with metallic, grassy, zesty citrus and piney hops.

Aftertaste:

Toasty, citrusy hoppy finish.
