Appearance:

Clear, deep chestnut amber with thin beige head.

Aroma:

Malty bread, pretzels, raisiny fruit, muscovado sugar and caramel.

Taste:

Full-bodied, dark bready palate with plum fruit and brown sugar. High alcohol content is well masked.

Aftertaste:

Malty stewed fruit and vinous alcohol.
