Appearance:

(best before 20-Aug-14) Cloudy amber with long lasting creamy white head.

Aroma:

Subdued malty, yeasty fermenting apples with faint coriander seed.

Taste:

Slightly sweet and yeasty with crispy baguette crust, caramel, stewed and dried fruit with a light touch of piney hops.

Aftertaste:

Malty tree bark and lingering sweet yeast.
