Review and Tasting

Sampled on 05/02/2013

Appearance:

Clear, pale straw yellow with persistent, lively fine bubbles.

Aroma:

Delicate, fresh and clean nose with green apples, unripe mango, cashew nuts and biscuit.

Taste:

Light, fresh, delicate apple and pear minerality.

Aftertaste:

Long dry, pear and apple with a hint of slightly metallic zesty citrus. You’ll want another sip. An aperitif champagne.
