Established in 1968 by Jean Lacroix and joined by son Anthony in 1999 Champagne Lacroix remains a family owned and run ‘grower’s Champagne house’ producing this classic blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay aged for 4-5 years.

Appearance

Clear, pale straw yellow with persistent, lively fine bubbles.

Aroma

Delicate, fresh and clean nose with green apples, unripe mango, cashew nuts and biscuit.

Taste

Light, fresh, delicate apple and pear minerality.

Aftertaste

Long dry, pear and apple with a hint of slightly metallic zesty citrus. You’ll want another sip. An aperitif champagne.
