Appearance:

Clear, deep coppery amber.

Aroma:

Cinnamon spiced toffee apple and caramel with a slight whiff of menthol, blue cheese and leathery farmyard dung (in a good way).

Taste:

Lightly spiced caramel and leather with a refreshing crushed mint menthol note and orange marmalade.

Aftertaste:

Long spicy finish.
