Appearance

Clear, mahogany amber with coppery highlights.

Aroma

Candied ginger and vermouth with Christmassy spice.

Taste

Initially sweet and slightly syrupy before fiery ginger root spice emerges and dominates with dried fruit and vermouth-like complexity.

Aftertaste

Long, powerfully spicy honeyed ginger finish.
