Closure: Screw / Stelvin cap
This liqueur is made at Godminster farm using organic ingredients grown on the farm, which was certified organic in 1999. The range of flavours made includes quince, sloe, blackcurrant, rhubarb, elderflower and cucumber.

(batch Q01/09) Clear, golden but with heavy, large particle precipitation falling to the bottom of bottle.
Something of a crusty apple pie aroma.
Lightly spiced. Quince flavours are presented with cinnamon and cooked apple juice.
Long hot pepper, cinnamon spice.
