An organically certified sloe gin made using imported hand-picked, wild, hedgerow sloes from Dartmoor and some 'imported' sloes steeped in Bramley and Gage’s own gin.

Appearance:
Slight haze, rusty red with brown edges.
Aroma:
Spiced stewed fruit nose.
Taste:
Pronounced almond, Amaretto-like flavours on the plum fruit bitter-sweet palate. Slightly syrupy mouth feel but with well-balanced fruit tartness and alcohol peppery bite.
Aftertaste:
Gin notes are more evident in the warm, fruity finish.
