Sampled on 23/01/2012

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Fairly neutral nose has the merest aroma of pear drop boiled sweets and floral honeysuckle blossom.

Taste:

Clean but aggressive palate with cracked black pepper spirit spice and hint of cocoa.

Aftertaste:

Peppery spirit spice continues into the finish with faint dried tropical fruit flavours.
