Review and Tasting

Sampled on 14/07/2013

Appearance:

Clear, mid golden amber.

Aroma:

Cut grass, apples and vanilla fudge. The promised caramel is more obvious with water with also releases freshly cut flower stems and cake mix.

Taste:

Graceful spice with the eponymous salty caramel, hints of red chilli and green melon.

Aftertaste:

The disappointing finish is little more than salty with hints of chilli spice.
