Appearance:

Cloudy, white with the merest green tinge and small bubbles.

Aroma:

Faint fresh citrus – perhaps more cooked lime than lemon with good quinine aroma.

Taste:

Fresh and clean tasting with zingy quinine and tart lime and lemon oils. Good sugar balance.

Aftertaste:

Long refreshing lime and quinine finish.
