Launched in September 2013, Jack Brand Dry Hopped Lager is Adnams’ first lager with the Southwold brewer traditionally known for its traditional English ales. Jack Brand Dry Hopped Lager is brewed with Pilsner malt and dry hopped with Australian Galaxy hops before being lagering (cold conditioning).
Sampled on 11/12/2014
(31/Aug/15) Clear, coppery golden amber with thin but retentive white head leaving light lacing.
Fruity with lemon zest and fresh passion fruit and light maltiness.
Well-balanced and flavoursome with bready malt, mild hop resins, citrus and faint nuttiness.
Faint chive-like hop notes on the dry finish.
