Review and Tasting

Sampled on 24/09/2013

Appearance:

(sample best before 25-Jul-14) Clear, deep golden amber with plentiful bubbles.

Aroma:

Ginger snap biscuits and freshly squeezed orange juice with faint tropical fruit – akin to a newly opened bag of Tutti Frutti sweets.

Taste:

Good ginger bite and citric acidity without being aggressive. Carbonation adds to mouthfeel and acidity with sugar level balancing rather than sweetening.

Aftertaste:

Lingering root ginger heat and cleansing acidity.
