Made with piña roasted in an earth covered pit before crushing with a horse-powered mill stone. Fermentation takes place in wooden vats to produce a tepache which is double-distilled in a wood-fired copper pot still. The distillate is aged for seven months in home-made American white oak barrels. Read more

Wonderful agave and delicate oak with faint seaweed and floral notes.
Salty caramel and rich agave with delicate oak and cooked apple fruitiness. A very delicate mezcal.
