Appearance:
(2010) Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Aromatic freshly baked brown bread, orchard fruit and perversely an aroma reminiscent of freshly peeled carrots.
Taste:
Clean and fresh. A splash of water tames and releases light sweet apple and pear fruitiness with faint carrot and cleansing white pepper heat.
Aftertaste:
Lingering grape character.
