Pronounced ‘Oog-a-dal’, this Islay Single Malt takes its name from the loch which supplies the peat-laden water used to make Ardbeg. Bottled without chill-filtration, Ardbeg Uigeadail includes raisiny notes from ex-sherry casks.

Appearance:

Clear, coppery amber.

Aroma:

Peaty smoke, coal tar, wet pine forest, blackened fruitcake, leather and cinnamon. Water exposes perfumed notes.

Taste:

Cracked black pepper spice, peaty smoke, tar and slight sweetness with cinnamon and nutmeg spice.

Aftertaste:

Meaty smoky peat.
