Distilled from fermented 100% Honeycrisp Apples at BelleWood Distillery, a farm based distillery which grows the apples in its own orchard at BelleWood Acres and then ferments them to make cider which is then also distilled on the farm in two Vendome copper stills.

Appearance:

Aroma:

Superbly clean, red apple skins with rhubarb and custard sweets.

Taste:

Clean and crisp with red apple flavours and forceful peppery spice.

Aftertaste:

White pepper spicy finish with lasting apple flavours.
