Appearance:

Clear, deep coppery amber.

Aroma:

Pungent crushed spearmint leaves dominate with chocolate floral jasmine and lavender.

Taste:

Extremely bitter gentian and quinine with powerful flavours of mint, chocolate and coffee. Floral notes struggle for attention in the full-on palate.

Aftertaste:

Lingering mint and spice.
