Named after the Producer's son and made using Cox, Bramley and Egremont Russet apples grown on the Hush Heath Estate, Jake’s sparkling ciders are bottle-fermented and packaged in a champagne-style bottle sealed with a wired cork.

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden with a few streams of bubbles.

Aroma:

Clean, apple with grassy, herbal and light floral notes.

Taste:

Medium dry with nettles adding an attractive herbal grassy note.

Aftertaste:

Cooked apple finish with lingering herbal notes.
