Appearance:
(sample bottled on 24/Apr/14, 24/Apr/15) Hazy, pale yellow gold with faint green tinge. Retentive thin white head and good lacing.
Aroma:
Lime zest, lemon juice, white baguette crust and yeasty dough bread.
Taste:
Clean, fresh and light-bodied with citrusy lemon-lime zesty influence and crispy white bread.
Aftertaste:
Zesty lemon-lime and crusty white bread.
