This joven mezcal is a blended from mezcals made by a group of families in San Baltazar, Oaxaca and is made with two different types of agave, Espadín and Cirial. All the mezcals in the blend are made using an earthen pit, Tahona wheel and double distillation.

Appearance:

(sample Lot MKU017) Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Elegant smoke, apple skin and pear juice.

Taste:

Slight sweetness balances smokiness with vanilla and butter. Gentle spice.

Aftertaste:

Gentle smoke, vanilla and light spice.
