Made by Oreste Sconfi, owner of La Canellese, a producer of vermouth since 1957, working with Oscar Quagliarini, a bartender from Milan now working in Paris. The international trio behind the creation of this vermouth is completed by David Caon, a Sydney, Australia based Italian packaging designer.

Appearance:

Clear, pale straw yellow.

Aroma:

Honey, floral elderflower and bergamot.

Taste:

Lightly honey sweet but with balancing acidity and mild wormwood bitterness. Zesty citrus and pronounced elderflower with herbal complexity.

Aftertaste:

Honeyed elderflower gives way to zesty citrus and mild lingering wormwood bitterness.
