Appearance:
Clear, coppery amber.
Aroma:
Cinnamon, ginger, brown sugar, dried fruit, cola and pencil shaving oak.
Taste:
Candied ginger, cinnamon, black pepper corns, brown sugar and caramel with ginger root heat. Faint aniseed.
Aftertaste:
Ginger heat, demerara sugar, orange zest, cinnamon and cracked black pepper spice.
