Review and Tasting

Sampled on 01/04/2011

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber with Indian gold highlights.

Aroma:

Cognac-like vanilla and citrus nose with pencil shaving aromas.

Taste:

Spicy, fruity palate with port-like flavours, dry oak and creamy vanillin.

Aftertaste:

Spicy finish with slight hickory smoked nuttiness. (Be careful not to over water, best appreciated near to bottling strength).
