Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Lemon meringue, orange sherbet and lime zest with resinous pine, menthol, hops and white pepper. Faint almond and candy floss.

Taste:

Clean and very citrusy with lemon meringue pie, piney juniper, lime zest, cracked black pepper, coriander, cardamom and toasted almond.

Aftertaste:

Zesty lemon meringue pie, pine, sage, cardamom and cracked black pepper.

Overall:

Very citrusy with generous coriander seeds over a classic London dry piney juniper base with lemon meringue pie, cardamom and cracked black pepper.
