Each bottle of Belle de Brillet pear liqueur requires around 18 ripe Williams pears. The pears are macerated in neutral alcohol, and the essence is blended with Brillet Cognac and sugar.
Belle de Brillet was created in 1985 by Jean-Louis Brillet, and the name pays tribute to his "Belle", his wife Isabelle. Together, they promoted this unique liqueur in its pear-shaped bottle and it continues as the flagship product of the Brillet Cognac House.
No additives (caramel or added flavours) or neutral alcohol are used. Belle de Brillet is made with only pear eaux-de-vie, cognac, water, and vanilla sugar made with Madagascar vanilla.
Enjoyed over ice, in a cocktail, as an aperitif or digestif.

Clear golden amber.
Heady, fragrant pear eau-de-vie with cognac and green pine sappy scents.
Perfumed intensity. Pear skin, ripe pear flesh and poached pear with caramelised pastry, honey richness and underlying cognac character.
Long, complex and integrated finish continues pear intensity with honey richness and fades with caramelised pastry.
Cognac character and aromatic fruit eau-de-vie combine brilliantly in this indulgent and richly flavour liqueur.
