(sample 2009) Clear, pale golden with steady streams of small bubbles.

Aroma:

Red apple, brioche and zesty lemon.

Taste:

Pronounced lemony acidity with green apples and faint pear drops.

Aftertaste:

Long finish with lingering red apple and zesty lemony acidity.

Overall:

Fresh and zippy with pronounced lemony acidity, apple and faint pear drops.
