Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Aromatic fresh feijoa fruit and ripe plum with faint, acetone and white pepper.

Taste:

Good plum flavours with faint toasted almond, feijoa and white pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Cooked plum and faint almond. Lingering plum jam and black pepper spice.

Overall:

This Mirabelle plum eau-de-vie has good fruit flavours with faint toasted almond, feijoa and white pepper spice.
