Review and Tasting

Sampled on 11/07/2016

Appearance:

(sample BB 20/Feb/19) Clear, pale-mid amber.

Aroma:

Marzipan and peach kernels with glue-like pungency.

Taste:

Caramel, marzipan and brown sugar.

Aftertaste:

Icing sugar, brown sugar and marzipan.

Overall:

A pungent nose with unfortunate glue-like pungency leads to a palate that's mildly amaretto with icing and brown sugars.
