Appearance:

Clear, deep golden amber with a thin but retentive light beige head. Minimal lacing.

Aroma:

Caramel and fudge with light grapefruit.

Taste:

White bread and caramel with light raspberry notes and mildly bitter grassy and grapefruit hops.

Aftertaste:

Dry, moderate grassy and grapefruit hop bitterness with caramel.

Overall:

An Irish red ale with some English hop influence. Caramel and fudge maltiness with mildly bitter grassy and grapefruit hops.
