Jameson Distiller’s Safe is designed to celebrate the craft of Midleton distillery’s Head Distiller, Brian Nation. A spirit safe is an instrument which allows distillers to sample the distillate as it flows from the still during distillation. Bottled without chill-filtration.

Appearance:
Clear, pale golden amber.
Aroma:
New leather, Galia melon, cashew nuts, herbs, cut grass and unripe pineapple with dried apricot and peach juice. With water, more melon and green apple.
Taste:
Chocolate mousse, toffee apple and cinnamon spice with toasty oak and roasted nuts. Galia melon, apple and vanilla fudge with water.
Aftertaste:
Galia melon, caramel fudge, mocha coffee, dark chocolate and cinnamon.
Overall:
A light wood influence allows Galia melon and cut grass notes from the distillate to shine in this easy drinking, lightly cinnamon spiced whiskey.
