Appearance:
Clear, golden amber with thin but very retentive white head and sticky lacing.
Aroma:
Bready banana, coriander, clove and pepper.
Taste:
Coriander, pepper, yeasty bread and clove.
Aftertaste:
Long bready, bitter citrus finish with lingering coriander.
Overall:
Medium-bodied, bready and spicy with coriander to the fore.
