The first beer brewed by Fallen Brewing Company, Odyssey is brewed like an ale but using classic pilsner ingredients.

Malts: Bohemian Pilsner (floor malted), Vienna, Wheat and Carapils
Hops: Magnum and Saaz

Appearance:

(sample can BBE Dec/17) Slight haze, pale golden with a retentive thick white head and heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Yeasty crusty white bread with slight canned sweetcorn and piney hops.

Taste:

White bread light maltiness with light grapefruit and piney hops.

Aftertaste:

Lemon zest notes are more pronounced on the lightly bitter finish.

Overall:

Clean, light and refreshing. A lager-like ale with pleasing white bready notes and delicate citrus.
