Review and Tasting

Sampled on 20/02/2017

Appearance:

(sample bottle best before 26/Mar/17) Hazy, deep golden with thin off white head.

Aroma:

Zesty tangerine, pine, pineapple and ripe peach with some white grape must.

Taste:

Medium-bodied and dry with assertive hops. Zesty lemon and lime, resinous pine and tropical fruit.

Aftertaste:

Bitter finish with resinous pine and zesty citrus.

Overall:

Aptly described by its brewers as being “a hop-forward California-inspired session beer,” Uus Maailm is refreshingly dry and bitter throughout.
