A delicately hibiscus flavoured tonic water, Merchants Heart Hibiscus is designed to be mixed 3:1 with sloe gin is also said to mix well with citrus led gins, vermouth, white rum.

Ingredients: Carbonated water, sugar, citric acid, flavourings(contains quinine), colour (Anthocyanins), extracts of safflower, lemons and apple.

Appearance:

(sample bottle best before 05/Oct/17) Clear, pale rose pink with slow rising bubbles.

Aroma:

Soapy floral hibiscus with hints of red berry.

Taste:

Relatively dry with faint ripe raspberry sweetness balanced assertive quinine bitterness, high carbonation and citric acidity with floral hibiscus and faint blueberry.

Aftertaste:

Rich red berry fruitiness and lingering dry quinine.

Overall:

A delicately flavoured tonic water with floral hibiscus and light berry fruitiness.
