As the name suggest this tonic water is lightly favoured with pink peppercorn. It is designed to be mixed with aromatic spicy gins, earthy vodka and cognac. Ingredients: Carbonated water, sugar, citric acid and flavourings (contains quinine).

Appearance:

(sample bottle best before 05/Oct/17) Clear, transparent with fast rising bubbles.

Aroma:

Quinine, pavement after rain minerality and very faint pink peppercorn.

Taste:

Well-balanced. Tart quinine and citric acidity are countered by faint sweetness. The advertised pink peppercorn notes are present but very subdued with a faint berry fruitiness.

Aftertaste:

Dry, clean, lingering quinine and faint pink peppercorn spice.

Overall:

A clean, well-balanced with faint notes of pink peppercorn giving this tonic water a delicate berry fruitiness.
