Distilled with 8 botanicals: juniper berries, angelica root, liquorice, coriander seeds, lemon peel, cassia bark, black peppercorns and rosemary, this Scottish gin is then aged in virgin mulberry wood casks for 10 weeks.

Appearance:

Aroma:

Piney juniper, zesty lemon, thyme and faint rosemary – a splash of water amplifies those herbal scents.

Taste:

Buttery dry wood, piney juniper and peppery spice with vanilla, thyme and zesty lemon.

Aftertaste:

Piney juniper, zesty lemon and cracked black pepper with faint but lingering rosemary.

Overall:

Maturation in mulberry wood casks adds a pleasing buttery woodiness to this herbal spicy Scottish gin.
