Review and Tasting

Clear, deep tawny brown but noticeably lighter in colour than most other coffee liqueurs.
Heavily roasted/slightly burnt coffee beans with cinnamon, chicory and faint smokiness.
Comparatively dry when compared other coffee liqueurs and thinner in body. Faintly smoky dark roasted coffee with very mild cinnamon spice and chicory notes.
Long delicately smoky roast coffee with faint cinnamon spice, chicory and dark chocolate.
Perhaps it’s the faint wisps of smoke in this characterful and relatively dry coffee liqueur that suggest using mezcal in place of vodka in an Espresso Martini. However, we’d suggest to fully appreciate BÉBO you make a Café Mucho Gusto – an Espresso Martini with BÉBO and well-aged Cuban rum in place of vodka.
