Appearance:

Hazy, amber.

Aroma:

Cooked and fresh strawberries with the intensity of tinned strawberries.

Taste:

The palate is much drier than the rich nose suggests with strawberry jam and fresh strawberry flavours invigorated by black pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Rich strawberry and black pepper finish.

Overall:

The combination of rich strawberries invigorated by black pepper spirituous spice is very appealing. Sadly, in Europe the 35% alc./vol. makes this officially a "spirit drink" rather than a vodka. Don't worry about categorisation, it's tasty.
