A Colombian blended rum produced from fermented molasses using column distillation and aged in American white oak barrels for 12-21 years before a finished period in Muscat wine seasoned casks.

A limited released of 7,200 individually numbered bottles released December 2019.

Appearance:

(sample bottle No. 2926, batch 1, bottled July 2019) Clear, deep amber.

Aroma:

Tobacco, spice and all things nice... chocolate, vanilla, peacans, dried fruit and biscuity oak.

Taste:

Medium to full-bodied. Rich and yet dry. Tobacco, cinnamon-spiced oak, sweet vanilla, salted caramel and pleasing dried fruit and overripe banana.

Aftertaste:

Long finish. Tobacco, salted caramel, banana, cinnamon and mild cracked black pepper spice.

Overall:

Dry, characterful and elegant with flavours of tobacco leaf, salted caramel, vanilla, peacan nuts and banana.
